Do the products come with warranty?
All products come with a limited manufacture warranty. The warranty covers shipping damages and customer satisfaction. Shipping charges are non refundable. Once the products have been altered in any way, the warranty is voided.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies to all residents in the Washington state only.
Why must the shipping address be the same as the billing address?
This is a security measure against fraud to protect cardholders like you against fraudulent charges.
Do you ship to a P.O Box address?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to the P.O. Box address.
How long would it take for the aerodynamic order to arrive?
The actual shipping time from the shipping location to any destination in the US is approximately 3-5 business days. The total shipping time can vary according to the availability of the products ordered. For aerodynamic orders, sometimes there are unpredictable circumstances, which may delay your order. For example, maybe the full kit is just waiting for one piece like the rear bumper or side skirts. We always have to wait until all the parts are in before we ship it out. We will do whatever it takes to our best ability to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please do NOT schedule body shop appointments before you receive your kit.
Is there a faster shipping method?
No, these aerodynamic boxes are too large to be taken by express shipping such as FedEx or UPS. They must be delivered via truck freight.
Are the products insured during shipping?
Yes, all our products are insured during shipping.
Why is shipping the same for a complete body kit and just a single bumper?
Shipping is the same price for a complete body kit and a single bumper because we use the same oversized box for shipping. Due to the size and shape of a single bumper, the box must be oversized making shipping prices very identical.
What types of payments do you accept?
For your shopping convenience, you can pay conveniently and securely online with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We are committed to utilizing the best commercially available technology and procedures to protect the security of your online transactions. The payment gateway automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.) We also accept money order, cashiers check and wire transfer. Please do not mail cash. Money orders or cashier's checks may require 3 weeks or more to clear before order will be processed. Do the kits come painted?
No, the kits do not come painted. Since the possibility of different shades of each color, it is almost impossible for us to color match your car when your car is not sitting in front of us. Thus we recommend you take it to a professional body shop to have the kits prepped, primed, and painted.
Do the side skirts/fenders come as a pair?
Yes, all side skirts and fenders come as a pair only.
Can I mix-n-match a kit?
Yes, you can mix-match a kit and still receive a full kit discount. For a price quote on a mix-match kit, please contact our Customer Care Department and we will do our best to help you.

Can I place the order for any aerodynamic products online if I am in Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere out of the U.S?
Shipping to outside of the US varies according to the destination. Please do not place the order online if you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere out of the U.S or the order will be cancelled. Please email to our Customer Care Department with your full address so that we can quote the shipping cost. For some international countries we can only ship to your nearest port, so please have ready your nearest port.
Will the body kit pieces fit perfectly?
Some products are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. All honest and legitimate companies will inform you that as with all fiberglass kits, there is no perfect fit like OEM. Also with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect fitment. All customers wishing to install a body kit must acknowledge that fact. It will require some minor fitting and modification or custom body work. All the products that we offer are made to the closest OEM standards possible. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, we will gladly exchange it.
Also, if the piece is a little bit off, do not immediately think that it is defective. You or your body shop will have to really try to fit it before any exchange is given. Keep in mind that a part that fits on the same model and year car might not fit your car. You must ask yourself whether your car has been in an accident or abused. Changes in the structure/chassis of your car may affect the fitment of the body kit.
Is it hard to install these products?
For an experience body man, it is very simple to install our products. This is not always the case for body shops that have no experience in installing after market body kits. Even though you might feel you have the experience and knowledge to install it yourself, we do not recommend for any of our customers to install the products themselves. Please be advised that our recommendation is to take it to a professional. If the body shop is going to charge you anything over $1000 to paint and install, you are probably better off finding another source.
What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop to install your kit, look for one with experience in doing such installations. A body shop with 30 years experience in doing collision work but no experience in aftermarket body kits is not recommended. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with just 2 years in business but specialize in installing aftermarket body kits.
Returns
All returns must be authorized and approved by us and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to the original shipping center/location in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Please insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to the original shipping center/location. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Shipping Damages
Some aerodynamic products may be damaged during transit. Please inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Please contact us within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Warranty/Liability
All aerodynamic products sold by us are sold as is to the customer. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All aerodynamic products sold by us are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. We are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. All buyers are responsible for their own actions.
